It’s time to create housing opportunities for everyone.

It’s time to create housing opportunities for everyone.

There is a housing crisis in Saanich and Greater Victoria. We aren't building enough homes to keep up with demand. We have road congestion caused by urban sprawl. We are on an island with limited space. We need to preserve forest and agricultural land. All this is making housing unaffordable.

The solution is higher density developments in walkable neighbourhoods.

Reimagining Royal Oak: Delivering the maximum amount of value to our community with the least amount of impact.

Excitement is growing for this new project at 4512 West Saanich Road to help grow a vibrant community in the Royal Oak Major Centre District. This development will include a mix of commercial, affordable, and market rental residential and condominium homes, while still maintaining the treasured and historic heritage building that used to be Saanich's Town Hall.

With a mix of residential units plus a commercial base, this building is going to have an attractive slender form and a plaza to attract pedestrians. The design brings together the natural setting and the era of the heritage building, creating a sustainable and positive, long-term contribution to this key Royal Oak site.
